finally went for a check-up at Damansara Specialist (Yeay they have a new Onco!)
we switched to DSH from SJMC because i'm sick of being asked 'when i want to start on my chemo'
i just wanted a normal check up, to know my status.
so, i was consulted by Dr Lam.
Looks young, but i like him.
You know, the service and treatments Damansara Specialists Hospital provides are the BEST compared to other private hospital that ive been to so far.
i love their hospitality and the way they make us the patients, and the family feel so comfortable.
ok.back to Dr Lam.
i was telling him about my sickness and stuff..
and he is suspecting that i'm having a 'pulmonary embolism'.
something like that lah.
it's caused by my blood clot the other day....
now it's not only cancer that i'm dealing with, i'm dealing with my blood and my heart and my spine and my hormones and my emotions.
sooo.
i have to be admitted again.yek.
MY DAD WANTED ME TO SEE A PSYCHIATRIST.
i was like ' FOR WHAAAAAT??!' he went ' so you can talk to him/her about your prooblems'
me: but i have friends for that!
dad: ok, just an idea. just thought that we're not good enough for you.
NO. you guys are way too good for me! <3
Dr Lam still persuaded me to do chemo.
and he promised me the drugs that he's gonna give me are gentle.
and the side effects will be mild, compared to the Tarceva, or Gefinitib which my previous Onco wanted to put me on.
i'm all set for chemo actually.
sakit pun sakit la, i want to be healthy again!
kalau tak buat pun sakit, so no difference right?
